Dear old Albert seems to forget in his comments "without the kind of training the REAL police get" that he's anti the real police as well as his website clearly demonstrates. But we mustn't let consistency get in the way of a good rant now eh?

As to drug crazed junkies I do wonder what Albert is on that makes him so excitable!

You may want to review the ToS for Newsvine and the Code of Honor, in particular item #3:

Newsvine is for collaborative discovery and discussion of the news, not self-promotion. Posting full articles which also appear on your blog is acceptable but seeding your own stuff is not.

      I supposed you could have responded in a number of ways. Some of them even polite.

          "Before you write, seed, or comment, ask yourself if your contribution increases the strength and virtue of the community."

          Calvin, please do keep an eye on Albert Hurwood/Michael Wallace (one and the same). As you know he and his crew have used Newsvine before to try and promote their dodgy little vigilante organisation through self-seeding and removed comments which challenge it or note Mr. Hurwood's proven support of the BNP, comments which you've rightly restored.

          Calvin, please keep an eye on Albert Hurwood AKA Michael Wallace as he and his crew have tried to use Newsvine before to promote their dodgy vigilante outfit through self-seeding. They've also removed comments made by anyone who challenges their agenda or mentions Hurwood's proven support of the BNP. You rightly restored those comments.

          On this topic, Albert refers to the policeas the "police farce" so I'm not sure how he reconciles that with the training the REAL police get which he thinks "Blunkett's Bobbies" should receive - what, so they can be a farce? There's no consistency at all to Albert's arguments - it's all populist nonsense which supports a far right agenda in my opinion.

          Perhaps you should also look at the Newsvine Code of Honour as I notice you are also engaged in what seems to be a personal vendetta against Albert Hurwood along with others.
          I also notice that you are included in "navigrrr"'s circle of friends.
          This is NOT what Newsvine is about.
          I also note that you and several others only came on here yesterday, and that YOU in particular have only ever seeded ONE article, but have made many derogatory comments about some people.
          I also notice thay you have had many posts deleted.
          Newsvine is about the news and commenting on it, not using it to villify other members.
